Google review QR code.
The best moment to ask for a review is when a customer is happy and standing in front of you. This code takes them straight to your review form on Google, while the moment lasts.

Most sets come from Sanzo Wada’s 1933 dictionary of colour combinations, picked for contrast that scans.
Everything happens in your browser. What you type, your WiFi password and your logo never leave your device. For print, use the SVG: it stays sharp at any size.
How to get your review link
- Search for your business name on Google while you are signed in with the account that manages your Business Profile.
- Your profile tools appear above the results. Click Ask for reviews.
- Copy the link Google shows you and paste it into step 1 above.
You can also use your Place ID, a code that starts with ChIJ, which Google's Place ID finder shows for any business. Paste it and we build the review link for you.

Where to put it
- On the counter or by the till, at eye level.
- On receipts, invoices and order confirmations you print.
- On table cards or the back of the menu.
- On the packaging, a thank-you card or a sticker on the box.
- In a holiday rental, in the welcome folder near the door.
Add a short, friendly line under the code, like "Enjoyed it? Leave us a review". People are much more likely to scan when they know what they will get.
Asking the right way
Google's rules for reviews are simple and worth knowing. Do not offer anything in return for a review, like a discount or a free coffee. And ask everyone, not only the customers you think are happy: Google does not allow businesses to collect only positive reviews. A code on the counter that anyone can scan is exactly the honest way to do it.
Questions
Does the code open the review form directly?
With the link from "Ask for reviews", or a link built from your Place ID, people land on your business on Google with the review form ready. They need to be signed in to Google to post a review.
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes, asking is fine. What Google does not allow is offering rewards for reviews, or asking only the customers you expect to be happy.
Will the code still work if I change my business details?
Yes. The review link belongs to your business profile, not to your address or opening hours, so it keeps working when you update them.
Can I put my logo in the middle?
Yes. Upload it in step 2. The scan test tells you if the code still reads well.
