Frisun

What Adi and Fabio built before Frisun.

The studio is new, the two of us are not. These are sites, shops and apps we built before joining forces. All of them are online right now, so click any one and see for yourself.

Bonanza Coffee Wholesale

The wholesale shop of a Berlin specialty coffee roaster, built on Shopify. Cafés and resellers order here, so the work is mostly in what you do not see: taxes and shipping for different countries, the settings behind every order, and a connection to the company's own ERP system so that orders and products stay in sync. From the first meeting through testing to launch.

BeCURE

A landing page for BeCURE, the Berlin Center for HIV Cure, which opens this October. It takes you through where the field stands today, the story of HIV and of the people cured so far, and the research that comes next. English and German, built so that a scientist, a journalist and someone living with HIV each find what they came for, and one of the pieces we are happiest with.

Research website

Gaebler Lab

The site of the Gaebler Lab for Translational Immunology of Viral Infections at Charite Berlin. A research group has to speak to other scientists, to funders and to patients at the same time, so the site keeps the research, the team and the press coverage in one place and makes each of them easy to reach.

Adi Aviram

Adi's own portfolio, and the clearest picture of what she brings to a Frisun project. Narrative web experiences where illustration, motion and data visualisation carry the story rather than decorate it, from journalism to university research.

Zidon

A practice site for a Berlin based somatic sex educator. The subject asks for calm and for clarity, so the design stays warm and quiet and the structure does the work: what the practice is, how a session runs, the ethics and consent behind it, and a booking page at the end of every path.

Portfolio

Tal Ungar

A portfolio for a Berlin art director with fifteen years behind him in branding, editorial and print. The work had to be the interface, so the site gets out of the way: full bleed colour, animated covers for each category, almost no chrome. A client lands on it and understands who he is before reading a word.

Landing page

Investing for Absolute Beginners

A landing page for a personal finance book that sells nothing on the first screen. Instead it gives away a pension calculator that runs on your own numbers, and lets the tool do the convincing. Italian and English, one clear action, and a hero built from a painted texture rather than a stock photo.

Hila Amit

A personal site for a Berlin based writer, researcher and Hebrew teacher. Her fiction, her academic work, her press and her language courses all sat in different places. Now they sit in one, with a structure that lets a publisher, a journalist or a future student each find their own corner in a couple of clicks.

Ticky

A simple, colourful to-do list and planner. Tasks by day, week and month, priorities, repeating tasks and a calendar view. It runs in the browser and can be installed on a phone like a normal app. A small example of the kind of tool we build for clubs and small teams.
